Currently, the company has a pre-pressing line for processing 350 tons of rapeseed and a refining line for processing 80 tons of salad oil per day. The annual processing of rapeseed is more than 100,000 tons. To adapt to logistics management of oil, seeds and alfalfa, Hulunbeier Jinyang Oils & Fats Co., Ltd. is equipped with 500 cubic meters of steel silos and 6,000 square meters of oilseeds and silos, with 4,600 tons of oil storage tanks. The main plant covers an area of 1200 square meters with construction area of 2400 square meters; leaching workshop covers an area of 432 square meters with construction area of 800 square meters; the boiler room covers an area of 216 square meters; and fire and circulation pool covers an area of 225 square meters. The company has a central laboratory. Its existing laboratory equipment is fully capable of inspecting all the indicators for secondary oil, salad oil and rapeseed, which guarantees product quality effectively.
